WHAT ARE WE DOING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE?

What will it look the day of my appointment?

  • We are requiring that EVERYONE wear a face mask upon arrival and for the duration of their appointment.
  • We are requiring that ONLY patients who have a reserved appointment that day enter and leave the office alone.
  • Upon arrival to our office, we are requiring that you call from your car when you are here. We will then relay your arrival to your clinical provider. Once they are ready to begin your treatment we will call or text you to let you know we are ready for you to come to the door with a mask on.

What social distancing measures are being taken?

  • Protective shields have been installed in the reception area, separating patients from staff
  • Enhanced Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Staggered appointment times to maintain social distancing requirements

What about my dental bill?

  • At the current time, we are ONLY accepting credit card payments over the phone, or check via postal mail.
  • If you have Care Credit, please use online portal on their website
  • If you are choosing to pay via check the day of your appointment, the check must be filled out prior to coming in the office.
